From 0 to 30 Units in Nine Months

In this podcast interview, CEO Danny Gonzalez shares his story of how he went from being a schoolteacher to a real estate agent and broker. After a few years of selling real estate for others he quickly realized that the real wealth in real estate was in investing, so he decided to start investing for himself. After just nine months in the investor space he has amassed a 30-unit portfolio of duplexes and single-family houses by leveraging partnerships in other people’s money. He talks about mindset, creative real estate strategies and the importance of taking risks. Danny’s energy, attitude and hunger is refreshing and an inspiration to anyone who listens.
